Great! As I'm currently working in India, I wanted to taste and enjoy indian food once a day at least. As most of the indian food available to me at the hotel is either slobbered in ghee, deep fried or carb overload, I was wondering If I can eat that regularly (but maybe have a super healthy lunch) and still lose weight.

I tend to allow myself one binge day a week. And then return to my normal calorie. I'm not very good at limiting my calories, and having that binge once a week of eating what I like, seems to help me stay on track the rest of the week. wow, that's amazing. You must be so proud of yourself! I have been on a weight loss programme for about a year too, but have been on and off so only managed to lose 17lb since last April.

Oh wow, 6 cups of tea is a lot!! But whatever works for you and keeps you off the sugar and deep fried stuff. I'm going to give green tea a go as it low calories. And isn't green tea good for weight loss?

I'm not too worried about the scales, as I always gain 2lb of water weight and then lose it after period is over. But I was thinking I can't keep eating like this. it won't do my weight loss any favours. I'll try having some green tea and see if that helps. I've tried diet coke and that is helping somewhat.

I want a second baby too, but I am torn between losing the weight first (which at the rate I lose weight might take upto a year!) and a second baby. Any thoughts? I am nearly 33 years old.

At the moment, I am doing exercise video - Ripped in 30 whilst she is asleep in the mornings. I have tried taking her for walks, but she walks so slow that I don't break a sweat. Its just a leasurely walk.

I am now on week 4 of RI 30. Do you think I should persevere and finish RI30? I was thinking of doing a few more days, then switching to cardio as its obviously not working for me.

Hi, did you manage to lose any weight whilst jogging on the spot? If so, how often did you do it? I wasn't planing on wearing trainers, but I will now.

I'm staying at a hotel for work and I have a 3 year old daughter, so can't leave her and go gym. Also internet is limited in the hotel.

Oh really? Did he primarily do jogging on the spot? Or did he combine it with other exercise. I was planning on primarily doing jogging on the spot, with my heart rate up whilst catching up on the news in the mornings.

My weight also goes down after a rest day or two and I thought that was only me! good to see its not only me :)

You might be right. Do you know if a handful equates to a cup full? I tend to estimate a cup full to be more then a handful, maybe a handful and half or two handfuls.

When I eat chicken tikka or kebabs, I eat it with salad. And sometimes I have a baby naan, only because they present it in front of me.

I have reduced my carb. I don't eat chapatis or rice as much. For breakfast, I tend to have porridge or omlette or fried egg Lunch - salad with grilled chicken Evening - I allow myself to have an Indian meal, as otherwise I feel like I'm missing out on food here. Not sure if that would work for me. If I get too hungry during the day, I get migraines. Plus I think I would binge on the other days because I know I will eat a little on those two days.
