I take it this challenge will go pass January. I am in. I have a fitbit charge hd and love it. My goal is 11600 steps daily which gives me 5 miles. I got 11400 steps today.

Using fitbit charge hd - my daily goal is 11600 steps which gets me 5 miles. Today I got 14000 steps which included a 2 mile walk in the snow and the rest gotten in the house.

I'm in. Have fitbit. I do fairly well getting my goal of 11500 steps a day but if you check my daily foods, can't stay off the candy. Since I have put it out there. It will help! How we keeping up?

I have found that I love asparagus - canned, frozen, doesn't matter - pop in microwave - add a little butter and/or garlic salt - really good.

The way you can really tell is when you have to use a smaller loop in your belt - I love that. I weight every morning but just post once a week - Also, don't cheat on your posting of foods or exercise - you only cheating yourself. Look up foods and find the foods that are very low incalories - such as celery, radishs and…

I like to read Coach Calorie blog - he gives you a list of fat burning foods, etc. I can remember a few but rather for you to read what he has to say - just put Coach Calorie and I think it will take you to him and I think, good advice.

To me that doesn't sound like that would work but I really don't know. Instead when you find that you are going over - do some stair claiming or dancing or take a walk just some exercise and post it to burn off those extra calories. I will plan a meal for the next day but haven't carried any over.

I am losing weight and am eating healthy I think. You are more than welcome to become friend and review my daily food. I did recaluate my goals to lose a lb and half vs 1 lb a week so my daily food looks over by some but wasn't over before recaluated but not feeling hungry and eating.

You are welcome to peep through my food dairy but I have to admit - very simple indeed but works for me so far.
