I didn't want to add bread cos Im not a lover of Brown bread to be honest, and white bread isn't exactly the best when you're on a diet. Vegatables I don't like I'm afraid LOL. Certainly yoghurts seem to be a good way to go.

cereal bars are fine, my calorie count is that low that adding on 200 calories is fine, the problem with these cereal bars can be the sugar in them.

dude, Im going to Vegas, thats guaranteed, haha!! Im really confused about what to do, Im averaging a steady 2lbs a week as it is, would the loss from 2 weeks, really be so significant. there would be nothing worse in my eyes to try it, and find Im 6lbs down for 2 weeks work.....
