Suitable snacks HELP!

Options
Hi All.

I'm needing some help on some snacks to have through the day and during the evening. My calorie intake is far too low on a regular day-day basis, Im average 1500 calories a day intake (I should be aiming for 2000 a day). Even yesterday, my net calorie intake after going swimming was 1000! Most days I average around net 1300 calories if I go swimming (which is 3 times a week average) - which is far too low.

I need some different ideas so I don't get bored. I go for the usual snack-a-jacks which are excellent, and usual fruit but need some more healthy snacks.

Cheers

Nuts are good for bumping up the calorie count. Also cereal bars which are healthy but can be up to 200 calories per bar.

I don't know if this will get censored because the moderators think I'm advertising but, here goes. I use a site called nuts.com. They have all kinds of healthy snacks. Nuts, dried fruit, trail mix, and much much more. I love them! I eat something from there every day.

cereal bars are fine, my calorie count is that low that adding on 200 calories is fine, the problem with these cereal bars can be the sugar in them.

Try Greek yogurt. It tastes good and provides a little sweet taste
