You need to up your calories. That simple. 1200 is wack on ur body. and try spike meals (roughly 2500 for the whole day>) to boost ur metabolism.

i live with a family who LOVES there junk food, and they also are all pretty large size wise and yell at me i need to stop loosing weight (even though i still have a ways to go) but it stresses me out so i overeatto get there approval, even thogh they cant see me overeating

Thanks for the awesome reply guys! i agree with the 100% loving your body comment, and feel a lot better about just maintaining. Yeah i have no trouble keeping up this weight and actually binge once or twice a week on around 3000 calories to keep myself from getting any lighter. Its cray how a few small changes like…
