Fruit (an apple with peanut butter is my favorite especially when I have a lot of calories to eat since peanut butter has a lot of caolories), dried fruit (dried apricots are amazing and so addictive!), hard-boiled egg, peanuts/cashews (a lot of calories/fat, but they are very good for you), regular or frozen Greek yogurt (healthy choice brand; you can find it near their stuff in the frozen dinners aisle), skinny cow has several low calories chocolate options if you crave chocolate (like me!).
That's all i can think of.0 -
I frequently late night snack and my go to is fruit. Veggies and hummus is also a good choice. Sometimes I go with a greek yogurt or a small (1/2 cup) cup of cereal and some almond milk. I try to keep the snacks under 150 calories since I'm usually not that hungry just bored and feeling snack-ish0

My late night go-to snacks are:
frozen banana slices (121 cals; 31g carbs; 1g protein; 0 fat; 4g fiber)
Kashi oatmeal dark chocolate chip cookie (130 cals; 20g carbs; 2g protein; 5g fat; 4g fiber)
Lindt 85% dark chocolate, 1 square (58 cals; 4g carbs; 1g protein; 5g fat; 2g fiber)
Some nights, I'll eat all three. :-)0 -
I like peanut butter on wheat toast...its filling but has more calories etc than some other posts on here0

Here are a couple of ideas
* oven roasted chickpeas (search for how-to on web)
* Cottage cheese with fresh fruit of choice - I particularly like it with orange, kiwifruit or apple0 -

im with ya, i love eating a night.. especially at that time of the month.. try instant pudding sugar free/fat free mixed with skim or 2% milk.. you cant even tell the difference and for some reason its alot better than the pre packaged cups. also, i dont kno where you are but in florida we have these ice cream sandwhiches called skinny cow and they are sooooo good and only like 150 calories.. or if you want something salty, pretzels are pretty low fat, or baked sour cream cheddar chips, baked cheetos.. im skinny now, but a fat kid at heart.. at night i want junk food but with out crazyy calories.. hope i helped maybe?0

If you really love cereal cut it back to one or two servings and put milk on it. The protein and other nutrients in the milk will satisfy you more than the cereal itself.0 -

I've been having a half cup of vanilla frozen yogurt topped with 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, almost every night. It's sooo yummy!0

Pickles!!!!!! I love them!!!0
-
rice cakes with Peanut butter and low sugar jelly. Filling and satisfies the sweet tooth0
-
that sounds good, peanut butters awsome0

I usually have a smoothie before bed made with 4-6 cups of spinach, a cup of OJ, and some water. It's delicious and filling!0

I eat pomegranates - when I can find them - about 100 calories - it's a low gylcemic fruit - takes awhile to eat them - like eating popcorn - satisfies my need to graze for awhile - but I wear an apron cuz they make a mess  - - but...I enjoy the whole experience actually  So far I'm still losing weight eating them even at night for a late nite snack0

if you are within your calories eat whatever the heck you want.0
-
don't know if it's healthy or not, but beef jerky is my favorite0
-
frozen green grapes0

My snacking in more a habit than hunger. I find sipping a hot drink is good. Gives you something to do, somewhat similar to snacking. Must be hot, so you go slow. Decaf tea would have 0 calories too
If i feel like snacking, I second the pickles mentioned earlier. Or go and exercise just enough for some small snack.0 -
Raw carrots for me. They are filling and low calories.0

Olives are great for a salty hit with very few calories. I also pick at capers, right out of the jar.
A crumpet with peanut butter and jam (jelly) is great for a treat
Kale chips
frozen banana
Oatcakes with cream cheese (you can add fruit to make them like little cheesecakes or veggies and lots of black pepper to keep it savoury0 -
frozen banana is a good idea!! maybe with fat free chocalote syrup0
