Okay so I completely lost control I'm 5'5 130 pounds and 18 years old. I ate 2490 calories already. If your wondering, I'm trying to maintain my weight. help me eat under 1600 tomorrow
right now i eat 10-15 snacks a day (tons of veggies n fruit) but am never satisfied-ALWAYS hungry and eating. even after 1000+ calories. help!?

Lets admit it, food=happiness
Okay sorry, that was an attention grabber. I need help here-I binge after dinner sometimes 1200 calories or more EVERY NIGHT I need an after dinner snack (dinners around 500.) under 300 calories that will stop me from binging!!!

How the heck do you know what your burning?
I cant afford any fitness equipment. Like i'm seriously broke. I just have my running shoes and water. So how would i know how much i'm burning for say....... 5.36 miles distance 9.45 mile/hour pace 53 minutes and i weigh 107lb

Do you burn calories if your not tiered?
So i've heard the general rule is 100 calories a mile, but i run a mile (like a 9 min jog.) without even breaking a sweat. I'm not tiered or breathing heavy, i feel like i've just been walking. Does this still burn roughly 80 or so calories, or do i have to "feel." tiered to have actually burned anything.

I beat my late night binge cycle
I'm probably one of many people who do well all day, and then around 9 o'clock think "well just one girl scout cookie..." n next thing you know you 500+ calories in to cookies cereal chocolate and anything else within reach! So i used to be super healthy and pretty good at no late night snacks, but ive eased up since hitting maintenance and now every night i can have up to 6 servings of dry cereal. Help! i love late night snacking but need to make better chhoices.

i'll do great all day, ill be healthy and solid, and even find time to workout and give myself a treat. but then 10 hits and BAM -Cerial (over 500 caloires of it.) -cookies (over 200 caloires.) -chips (over 200 calories.) HELP?!
