-
works great! 49lbs down :) Many people think its unhealthy, but i say 75lbs overweight is unhealthy too but that's just my experience.

meat, non-starchy veggies, nuts, dairy products, can all be considered low-carb. Check out the packaging under "carbohydrate" for packaged foods.

yum! I love eating squash for my noodles <3 My mom and I just eat yellow summer squash or zucchini with our sauce, don't even worry about using "spaghetti" squash
-
Thanks for the awesome advice! I'm a little confused by your statement though. Are you saying ALL rice/corn would be a trigger for me? or i shouldn't have a reaction to white rice/corn? As i said - I'm new at this! :)
-
I'm with you! I have very recently been diagnosed with a wheat, white corn, white rice allergy. And now i'm going gluten free :) and i'm finding its not that easy! good luck! We'll be pulling for you
-
my wardrobe! I have all these "comfort" clothes that i can no longer wear because they all fall off! and i'm with you on the cold thing :)
-
wow! awesome job! ps. Anyone ever tell you that you look a bit like Ashton Kutcher?
-
prob not!! Else i'm gonna adopt some kids and swim every day! When I put in leisurely swimming i normall only do like half of the time i actually in the pool. I think the cal count is based on you actually SWIMming the whole time.

*UPDATE* I now have P90X in my possession! Yay! I haven't done any of the program yet, just the fitness test. Oh, and my mom got it off craig's list for $45 sealed! wow! what a good deal huh?
-
Thanks! I knew that stuff, but i needed to hear it again!
-
no i didn't add it... just to my own meals but the cal count is below the recipe
-
you call that small??! haha thats great!
-
naw... i understand what you mean :D thanks!
-
ok thanks! Does anyone find it easier to lose weight after discovering your allergie?
-
ok thanks everyone! Where would you sugest buying the product? I've thought about getting it on Amazon or Ebay. Has anyone had problems buying it second hand? Or a way to get it cheeper than $140 ?
-
Right! I love this! There IS no "Miracle answer" just exercise and hard work! I am one of those that loves the spoon-feeding :D I think this program will help me because it will tell me what to do. If i could i would hire a personal trainer in a heartbeat, but i think this would be cheeper ;P

Thanks everyone for the great reply!! I am actually not expecting to be "transformed in 90 days" at all. I have an extreamly hard time losing weight, so i don't think this is just going to make the pounds come off, but it does seem to be very well structured and a good hard workout. I don't belong to a gym, I would take me…
-
Ok this might not have any connection, but is there any way it could cause you to have a hard time losing weight? Or maybe lactose intolerance? I'm trying to figure out if i'm lactose intolerant.
-
Love that!
-
idk of anything to do after the fact, but i have to take an asthma inhaler before i run in the cold or else i get awful wheezing and coughing whenever i try to talk
-
welcome! Glad you like it

check out the "newbies read" section. It will have a lot of answers and reasons for the answers for your question
-
phew! It's not just me! I've been mixing .5 cups kashi and .5 cups multigrain cheerios and that seams to at least reduce the gas problem. My theory is to slowly add more and more kashi and maybe my digestive track will get used to it...

the light creamy caesar made with canola oil put out by kraft is really yummy!! It's made healthy for a bought dressing and is somewhere around 35 cals for 2 Tbsp.
-
are you referring to the energy (calories) used while putting your brain at work? I've often thought of this but, i don't know if it can really be counted... i try to just make sure i'm getting the "good" calories and eating enough for brain fuel.

a very well informed friend (aka. smart friend) was telling me about this just the other day! Weird thats the first time i've ever heard of it though. It sounds pretty interesting but i don't think i'd blame too much on it ;D

a lot of yall mentioned "greek" yogurt. The following questions might make me look like a dieting idiot, but... what is that?!?

as crazy as it sounds try eating a BIGGER breakfast. 2-3 servings of carbs, (I.E i piece toast and 1/2 cup cereal, ect) High fiber, low sugar. 2 servings fruit, 1 protein with less that 3 g. fat
