Hi all! I'm Paige & I've been here just a few days. I am LOVING the diary for food & exercise, as well as the community feel. I've needed this so badly & I'm thrilled to have been led here by my buddy, Beks.

    Hi and welcome. I have been doing this now for almost 3 weeks and have lost 6lbs. This is the best thing that could i could have done for me and my husband. It is so easy and so helpful. Keep up the good work and good luck.
  • Welcome Paige, I hope you find MFP to be as addicting to you as it is to me. I joined a little over a month ago and have lost 18lb so far. If you need extra support or food ideas just add me.
