SO i weighed in yesterday and....(drum roll please) i am half way there!!! i have now lost 40 pounds and i have 40 to go!!! :happy: this has been way easier that i thought it would be although i have certainly had many hard times and trials i have made it this far!!

Sweet potato
I have rediscovered sweet potatoes! I have heard that the had too many carbs on south beach to eat all the time :mad: so i had one only in a blue moon. But i am ALWAYs too low on my carbs and whats better is i hear that they are really good for you, so sweet potatoes here i come!! :smooched:

YES!!! i am so excited!! i am now in the BMI overweight range and not the obese!!:noway: it seamed like this day would never come:happy: now its time for the healthy range! So if anyone thinks they can't do it they can! I did it and i have a very hard time losing weight.

Age differences
