The "weighted workout"

Ok so i have this workout and i don't know what to put in on exercise for it. It uses weights but very light 3-8 pounds and uses a LOT of reps. I wear a HRM and it stayed in between the fat burning zone and the Max fat burning zone. Anyone have any clue what i should log for it?
I was logging strength training but i heard that is suppose to be for heavier weights. :huh:

  • I would guess maybe "circuit training, general".....that's what I do with a similar video.
