I have had a really hard time with going over in my fat. The problem is, i want to get the right amount of protein also and those kinda go hand in hand. I have my percentages set to 55% 15% 30%. I normally don't eat a whole lot of the "Bad" fats but the "Good" kind ( eggs, nuts, lean meats, ect) Is this a major problem? Should i be worried about lowering even the healthy fats?
I rarely will eat beef, pork, or any thing fried...

did you select your own fat goal?0

I wouldn't be too worried!
I eat a lot of nuts, seeds, olive oil, avacado, tahini, and go over the fats EVERYDAY! I had my cholesterol done in May, and my bad chol was very very low, and my good chol very high - I told the doc my sercret was lots of good fat (and as she pointed out, lost of cardio!).
So, I think it's fine! The good fats are only problematic in that they are highly caloric, but you account for that, so I say go for it!

i always go over on my protein, but stay under on my fats. I am adding some olive oil to my daily diet as i think i may not have been getting enough fat. since i increased the fat intake i have lost 2 pounds .

I have the opposite probelm. I almost never reach the Fat amount shown on MFP. I almost always consume fats below the Fat measurement. Usually quite below. Unless, I eat a lot of nuts or make non-healthy choices.
For protien I usually consume skinless chicken breasts, eggs, and beans.
Any ides for increasing the fat without increasing the calories?0 -

If you have half an avacado, or a tablespoon of any nut butter, or add a tablespoon of olive oil to your salad, you will add LOTS of good fats!
If you had a tablespoon of olive oil with lunch and dinner (on salad, when cooking, etc) you would add over 200 calories of "good fats" and that alone would make up 17% of your calories if you were on a 1200 cal a day plan...0 -

Good idea! Have that blood work done - you will most likely be pleasantly surprised at how all of your hard work is paying off internally!
Let us know how it goes!

Someone already mentioned that Dr. Oz had said on Oprah on Tuesday... if you have a slice of whole grain bread, with EVOO before your meals, you will stay full longer, eat less during the meal, and increase your good fats!
