People have no idea what skinny means anymore. You are slim, slender, not skinny because you have no bones sticking out. You have more of a banana shape, which is just your body type. Enjoy, you are beautiful and healthy.

I would go with what MFP tells you. I have found it to be very accurate (I have been using it for almost 3 years now). Try the 2020 and keep an eye on your weight. You can always adjust if needed.

I really love this one too. As a matter of fact, the train is so hard to stop that I usually end up losing more weight than I intended (twice by 10 lbs, and I was not large to begin with)!

If you are trying to gain, why don't you skip the cardio and just do weights until you hit your goal. After you hit your goal, you can play around with cardio and make sure it doesn't make you start losing weight again.

Generally, dieting is definitely not recommended while you are pregnant. Please talk to your doctor. They may be able to put you on a good nutrition plan. Congratulations by the way!!

I'm so sorry you are going through this. I assume they have tried appetite stimulants for you? Believe it or not, antihistamines are appetite stimulants, and on of the ones they prescribe is a very strong one. But you can try Benedryl on your own if you can tolerate it. Please keep us posted. One of the things that successful maintainers do is weight themselves every day. That way they can quickly catch any gains before they turn into much bigger gains. No, you don't have to eat animals themselves. But we can never get beyond needing to eat certain animal products because of our biology. Best.

I am not using scare tactics, I am simply stating facts. The B12 that is in the soil is not a form that is absorbable for humans - the depleted soil theory does not have merit. I wouldn't worry too much about one day. I review my calorie intakes on a weekly basis, instead of daily. If I am over one day, I go lower the next, etc. If you weren't hungry, I wouldn't sweat it. Just try not to go under on a regular basis. Best.
