Hi there! My name is Angel, I'm 25 and was told I might have PCOS in my early teens, but wasn't actually diagnosed until 19. I'd love to help support your weightloss journey, and I am always looking for more support! I'll send you a friend request :)

Bump. I need to add some excitement to my fish, instead of just doing my regular lemon pepper, garlic, and salt. :)

I recently started working night shifts (midnight-8a) and found it better to work out in the mornings before I go to bed, it helps me sleep wayyy better through the day. I tried working out before I went to work and it made me feel pretty drained throughout my shift. Working out before bed used to not work for me before I…

I'm working overnights as well, and what gets me through the night is diet energy drinks or coffee sweetened with splenda and a little bit of light creamer. I don't know how active your job is at night, but mine is pretty uneventful after I finish my cleaning until the clients wake up (I work in home health) so I just try…

Light up jelly shoes, those awful funky printed spandex shorts, chokers, and overalls. Oh and slap bracelets!

I have zumba for the wii and love it! Just dance and dance dance revolution are good too if you like dancing/shaking your groove thang lol. And they do give a good workout! Those are all I've tried though. :)

Are there any kinds of junk food that they like and you don't? My husband is one of those annoying-eats-whatever-he-wants-and-doesn't-gain-an-ounce kind of guy, but I made a compromise with him, and he's only allowed to get the kind of junk food I don't like (to bring home at least, he can go buy whatever snacks that he…

I do a lot of Leslie Sansone (like many other people who responded! lol) I like her videos because they're cheap($10 at Walmart) and they work REALLY well! I also do Zumba for the Wii and it definitely works up a sweat! Tae-bo is another good one to do. Happy hunting! :)

Mealtime: Salmon Chicken breast (also a good alternative in the morning is turkey bacon, it's not quite the same, but half the calories and such! Just don't buy jenni-o's...it's kinda gross. lol) Snacks: yoplait yogurt (light) fruit/veggies(you can even find canned for low-cal...just make sure it's the no sugar added)…

Anything with a fast-paced beat, it totally gets me pumped! I even throw a little techno into my playlist! Well, I should just say pretty much anything loud, dunno why. haha! :)
