Trying to loose 100 lbs!

Hi everyone!
My name is Laina. I am 22 years old and starting on my weight loss journey as a "New Years Resolution". My goal is to loose 100 lbs before the year is up. I am currently weighing in at 260 lbs, and want to get down to 160 lbs as a goal weight, if I can get there, then maybe try to go down to 140 lbs depending on how I feel, and how I look at 160. I am not ashamed of being a bigger girl, but I do want to loose weight for health reasons, and to feel better over all! At the end of the day, staying healthy and living longer is most important! Looking for anyone to talk to who is also trying to loose a significant amount of weight, maybe we can help each other along by giving encouragement! Or even people who have already lost a significant amount of weight who can give me tips on how you did it and how long it took you! Look forward to hearing from some of you! :)
