  • That's sonds delish. I like my Baked Stuffed Flounder. I usually start out with frozen fillets and prep per pkg instructions. I brush on small amount of garlic/olive oil/butter/lemon/herbs/hot sauce that I mix before hand. Then I whip up a batch of "Stove Top Stuffing" (or simular) and portion out a HALF a serving, then…
  • Easy rules, hun... Enjoy the salad (easy dressing), Limit the bread (dip in olive oil instead of using butter), A cup of Minestrone is usually a good choce. For the entree, it's best to inform your server that you're interested in hearing about "healthy entrees" instead of saying you're "on a diet". If it's a good…
  • Sounds good, 'Doc'... Yeah, try it 'Punk' ... Bon Appetit!
  • You're welcome, "Love"
  • Glad you all enjoyed the recipe! Feel free to add me if you like. It'd be like being friends with Guy Fieri on a diet (without the chef creds, of course) but still a fun dude to 'hang out' with in the kitchen :)
  • coliemarieale... Those photos are picture-perfect, Thank you; so glad you enjoyed! Looks great with a salad, yeah. I had mine with a bowl of homemade 15-bean soup (just followed recipe on back of dry beans pkg). I added some ditalini to make it 'pasta fagioli' ... Delish with the eggplant pizza rounds :)
  • Great... Bon appetit!! I don't use Instagram, but I think they have a "share" button that assigns a url to the pic... Or, you can click on "edit photos" on your MFP profile and ad additional pics. Anyway glad ya liked 'em. Mine came out a little soggy (still delish), but next time I'll increase oven temp a bit. Also, I…
  • You're quite welcome... Enjoy!
  • Great!! -- I just bought some califlower, so will have to give that one a try.
  • Enjoy every bite, I did, and yes, cheese is my nemesis! As for the Cubs, I may be wearing the hat, but let's not go there, ok? The only "lovable losers" are right here losing the fat!! LOL
  • Good advice from above, ty! Nah, I don't look back and dwell on the negative, but I will from time to time 'review' my results so that I can better execute my plan. I'm very methodical that way, lol. I also believe that deprivation is not the answer. Yeah, I went to Outback, had a great time/great food with friends, and…
  • I ... (I yi yi yi) !!! Yeah, I'm feeling guilty. So what do I do? Chow down on some left-overs, of course. But I was good. I sliced off 1oz of the sirloin, combined with grilled asparagas, toast and a poached egg. Turned out to be a satisfying breakfast under 400 calories.
  • I'm an open book, Julieann. Add me, subtract a few calories, and I promise, you'll rock this thing out! Although, yesterday was a bad day for me, lol... Dinner at Outback.
  • I know the fat grams are a little bit on the high side at 27 due to the Italian meats. I went back to check fat grams on those and for 3 oz it was 18 grams. If I use 3 oz of Cajun Turkey Breast instead, that's only 3 fat grams. This way the sandwich would only have a total of 12 fat grams.
  • Hiya, Penny! You know you're sideways, right? I mean your profile pic LOL. Or maybe you do that just to be different, haha, I dunno. Anyway welcome! I'm fairly new here myself. Good luck to you and stay focused so you can start reaching your gaols. Add me if you like. See ya.
  • Awesome, I've got my "Fat BURNER Tuesday" crew -- Y'all rock! I'm new here, so I appreciate the replies. Maybe next year we could have hundreds on board doing this -- Yeah, we could have hats, t-shirts n stuff made up! Geez, I'm dreamin' LOL. Hey, just trying to have a little fun with this thing, otherwise any kind of…
  • Great to meet all of you and here's wishing you the best in your efforts to lose weight. I know it's not easy, but that's what makes it special when you succeed. Congrats to everybody who makes that promise to themselves and keeps it. You will benefit greatly! As for me; I'm giving myself 20 weeks or so to lose 15-20 lbs.…
