just to clear things up, do you mean eating the same amount of calories as before you started stronglifts, or when you first started losing weight? how many calories do you eat? coz after a 50lb drop in weight, depending on what calories you started with eating you may need to drop it down.

had one when i was younger, decided to strap said belt onto bicep, and proceed to set on max! lets just say after the black eye went down i never used it again :P
-
who has ridiculed you? if you dont want the opinions of sucessful dieters who have lost weight and KEPT it off in a healthy way, dont ask... if you would have bothered to read the link i posted, maybe you would be more informed on said "1200" calories obviously you know best....
-
so you think eating less than 1200 calories a day while also doing excercise is not a crash diet? my statement still stands true
-
classic example of what "crash dieting" does to ones body over the years... lose large amounts of weight on a VLCD, gain it all back when eating normally read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/974888-in-place-of-a-road-map-2k13

keyboard warrior HOOOOO!!!!

so you join MFP to get support from people who KNOW how to lose weight successfully, but you think you know better? thats not cocky or confident thats arrogence! how long has your internet hardman mode been active?
-
sorry bro, but we all didnt gain weight by eating 1500 calories and not "feeling hungry". its easy to add calories, extra bit of cheese, few more chips, extra slice of BACON!!! or just eat that damn chocolate bar, that is the devil on these forums and will KILL you if you eat it. consuming chocolate with rabbit food causes…

Edit coz im tired this morning

this man is your friend :D

EAT MOAR! seriously, you need to eat back your excercise calories, especially if you only have 10lbs to lose. even better, work out your TDEE -15% and eat that! it wouldnt surprise me with the amount of excercise you do, you could easily lose 0.5 a week eating 2500 calories a day!
-
OP ignore this statement please, 500 NET calories is not safe....
-
MOAR INFO NEEDED!

question 1. 1905 question 2. no
-
where to start....urmm do you wear your HRM ALL day? or just while excercising? coz burning 1000 calories a day, while only eating 1500, NET 500, id be surprised if you havent fainted yet!! btw, netting 500 calories a day is actually LESS than what anerexics eat, have you ever seen a healthy anerexic? how long have you…
-
so much BURN for OP! BTW: who had the bacon?
-
i quoted myself from a previous post eairler today so you can see the results and how i achieved it, note the pizza and mcdonalds. weight loss is not difficult! if you have calories left over and want a chocolate bar, EAT IT!!
-
i dont think 1 packet of super noodles will kill you....
-
how do you know you were eating "less" than 2100 calories a day to become fat? where you calorie counting before?
-
everythings possible in hollywood!!
-
do i count? im not actually at goal weight but ive lost about 22 lbs total at the moment :) its taken me about 18 weeks (2 weeks were at maintenance calories with no excercise) so 16 weeks really, about 1.4lbs a week. gone from 32% BF to just under 26%. funny thing is, im not really trying!! infact, as im typing this, ive…

welcome to add me :)
-
so if i keep my NET calories at -300 every day ill lose weight quicker?
-
there is no wagon!!!! log it, accept it, and MOVE ON! one "cheat" meal will NOT make you gain weight, a calorie surplus over an extended period of time will...
-
congrats, when you stall out dont come back to the forums with a "im not losing on a 1200 calorie a day diet" thread....
-
trust me, seeing inches lost and clothes fitting better give a much bigger motivation boost than what the scales say! start measuring, once every 2 weeks, month ect, you can log the change on MFP and see the graph go down!!!
-
unfortunately the first month will be a big drop (water weight from glycogen stores in muscles) you are doing awsome by the way, but you cant expect this sort of loss every month,i if you do thats amazing! but do it in a healthy way, and dont get discouraged if what the scales say dosnt live up to your expectations, any…
-
going by your picture i dont really think i should be arguing, but im calling BS on that statement! a calorie is a calorie, UNLESS you have previous health problems like diabetes or insulin resistence
-
so on that gym day you ate 1200 calories and burned 450? so you only ate NET 750? way too low! even 1200 calories is too low. search for "in place of a road map" on the forums, figure out your TDEE and go from there
-
possible although have you been taking measurements?
