I have been under my allowed calories for weeks, with and without exercise, and I am barely losing anything. It is so frustrating. So is the key to losing eating back all of the calories from exercise and not staying under? I'd love to know.

Still 213 this week, no change. It's PMS week and I was also at a conference for 3 days with no control over how food was prepared. I'm just happy I didn't gain 5 lbs.

Thanks, Care76 I will give that a try. I guess I thought if I was sweating more, I wouldn't retain water as much. I appreciate your suggestion.

SW 218 LW 215 CW 214.6 Come on really? I am staying under my calorie goal, not by much, usually less than 100 calories, but I should be losing over a pound a week. I have increased my exercise to more cardio. I'm so discouraged. Suggestions?

This would be fantastic if I could do it! If I succeed I will meet two of my weight loss goals, I would be under 200 lbs for the first time in 7 years, and I would be down 10% total.
