  • I've had my bodybugg for a week and love it! I use MFP for all of my food tracking since the app for the bodybuggSP does not have a scanner. As pp said, when you go through registering for your bb, it takes the information you enter into account and gives you an estimate on your calorie burn and what your calorie intake…
  • I'm thinking that you're probably not eating enough calories. You need to make sure that you're giving your body enough fuel to get through those workouts. When you're working as hard as you are and weight loss has plateaued, adding (healthy) calories will usually get your fat burning back on track. Good luck!
  • I use Shakeology every day and notice a big difference in my energy when I use it! I usually have it for breakfast and feel pretty stabilized throughout the day. Like others have said, I also eat every couple of hours. And, as also mentioned, staying away from processed stuff helps. Good luck!!!
  • The Bodybugg is an amazing little gadget that you wear on your upper arm and it tracks your calorie burn with over 90% accuracy :) I was underestimating my BMR and I think by eating around 1200-1400 calories, I've been in starvation mode rather than fat-burning mode. This furnace needs more fuel! :) I <3 weightlifting!!!
  • I have Workout ADD myself- always need to change it up to keep it fresh :) I am a Beachbody Coach, so I do Beachbody programs, or create hybrid programs to follow (ChaLEAN Extreme, P90X, Brazil Butt Lift, Turbo Fire). My overall favorite is Turbo Fire- very fun and high calorie burn!
  • I would love to be in this group! I am just over 5'1" and definately understand how difficult it can be for us shorties to lose weight. I am in my first week using a Bodybugg and I LOVE it!!! It's taking the guesswork out of how many calories I need to take in to have a healthy defecit. I was underestimating my calorie…
  • I'm a big fan of the chiropractor :) Whenever anything feels off, I go in for an adjustment. When I started seeing him, I think the worst pain I was having was in my hips and knees, and he got it all straightened out.
  • What exactly are you doing on the treadmill? Have you tried changing up your workout routine at all, like by doing interval training? It sounds like everyday you're doing the same thing. What about weight training? Lifting weights is the best thing you can do for your metabolism- lean muscle burns more fat :)
