thanks so much for your comments! I for one didn't expect to help inspire people I just wanted to thank those for inspiring and motivating me :) It maybe a long struggle but we are all here for the same reason regardless of where we have started! :)

thanks! However I created my excercise and just called it Gym and then said i did 171 calories (yesterday) and when it added it 171 was added but it removed 171 from my fitbit calorie adjustment even though i didn't wear my fitbit and the calories burnt throughout the day. I'm not sure why it's subtracted that 171 from my…

I've wondered the same thing, i've lost 22lbs in the last 40 days so it does make me wonder if that's too much too soon but at the same time i'm just calorie counting and walking 15 miles a week!

I have two eggs scambled or as an omelette with some sliced chicken or ham and a glass of water and that seems to work. When i'm hungry before lunch i'll either drink water and/or have an apple although the apple option isn't very often. Seems to work fine for me but i'm certainly interested in other peoples suggestions :)

very! I started off loosing it for charity but it seems to have taken on a life of it's own but also the charity is benefiting as well! :D

I think that's what i think... I wouldn't know how to loose 1-2lbs a week i've been losing 5lbs a week (for the last 2 weeks)!

hmm i've only just started doing this and in the last 2 weeks i've lost 10lbs! based on what you guys are saying that could be bad :S All i'm doing is calorie counting and walking 2 miles a day!

I've seen the C25k Android app but i've been using Endomondo to track my walking so does anyone know if there's a way i can use Endomondo for C25k training?
