29lbs (2 stone)!!
Quite an achievement since the beginning of February when i started at 321 lbs! and i've been doing lots of walking, watching my calorie intake i also cut out those energy drinks and replaced all my fluid intake with just water and i've just started the gym last week! Back to it!
So i've been on here for a few weeks and now i'm having a gym induction! really looking forward to it! :) I found calorie counting a great education and doing a lot of walking has made a big difference! Must remember to take a pic before i go to the gym to compare later on down the line!
