Not a massive loss but...

I've been doing this for 3 weeks along with at least 2 miles of walking a day and i've lost 15lbs!
went shopping yesterday and I was a XXXL and now I'm just into a XXL so i've managed to loose an X!

people are already noticing i look a little slimmer in the face and the stomach, which really i didn't believe until yesterday!

Thinking of joining a Gym now...

    very! I started off loosing it for charity but it seems to have taken on a life of it's own but also the charity is benefiting as well! :D
