A progress report for you all :)

I had my review today at my gym (the last one was 11/05/2013 (UK)).
Here are the figures!

I've lost another 5.5kg (now 116.5kg)
BMI is down 1.8 (now 35.9)
Body Fat is down 3% (now 29.7%)
Peak Flow is up 50 to 560.

BP is 147/89 (last time was 117/78)
RHR is 58 (last time 49)

The last two will obviously be quite fluid so it's not quite indicative of much i don't think!

I had a go on the bike at the gym today for the first time as i wanted to see how long it would take to do 5K and it took 8m 59s which seems ok. I watched some people on the biggest loser (Australia) and they did it in just under 6 mins hence my reason for having a go!

Feeling quite positive especially after having my charity weigh in on Thursday after 3 weeks off (on holiday) I had only lost 1lb :(
So yea happy man! :)

    In 6 weeks thats a great progress. Keep up the good work.

    You have got me wondering how long it would take me to do 5 k on a bike now. Hmmm might give it a go next week :)
