Hi!
I've just started loosing weight, my motivation is for charity and wierdly this is working very well so far!
I'm just eating less calories at the moment and I'm walking at least a mile a day maybe 2 (in the morning and at lunch time) and i've lost 5lbs in a week which i was surprised about and my next weigh in is tomorrow (thursday) and will be every week!
I don't know a massive amount but as my job is a desk job it makes it tricky to do anything else! I've got a fitbit as well which is tracking my activity!
I bought an el-cheapo 5Kg kettlebell for about £7 and i've been studying videos on youtube so i'm hoping that's going to help!
If anyone has any advice perhaps some extra things I could do that would be great! I do suffer from lower back pain & sleep apnea due to my weight so i'm hoping all these will improve over time
