Hey girl! Keep up the good work. I know the feeling of havingto try again! I'm try again too its hard. Make sure you cook most of your meals, mesure portions with a scale for a while too. Mesure your food before you eat it!

Congratulations, on your weight loss! I understand what you're feeling. I've been there it's kinda embarrassing & nerve wreckingwrecking. But after a couple weeks, people would obviously run out of things to say.

It's really trial and error. Mfp gives a rough guess but you'll need to try one amount of caloric intake and see what happens.

That's crazy!!! 1200 CALS is extremely low and sickening. You can surely, lose weight but I'm positive you won't be happy or healthy. Try 2000 cals and a good exercise routine, then track your progress from there.

Bodyfat for sure! I find the bmi chart to be stupid and totally inaccurate. Try mesureming your waist size and bodyfat bi-weekly to track your progress. Are you strength training by the way?
