I'm the same way!! I would suggest if you go out to eat to just make healthier food choices, pass on the bread or tortilla chips. I drink on the weekends so I stick to vodka waters. May not the be the healthiest but usually only eat twice a day Saturdays and Sundays so that's more cals in each meal. I also make sure I work…

I've done it before...I did the Fat Flush diet. And honestly...I don't think it does any good for the body. Dr. Gettleman said its suppose to be diuretic. But I didn't get those benefits from it!

I got the idea from the Fat Flush Diet, and it works really great! I cook eggs, chicken, steak cutlets...I even use broth as an overnight marinade! And when I need alittle fat...I use Flax-Seed Oil on some side veggies.

I say ditch the lean cuisine too!! I switched to lean meats, veggies, fruits, and for healthy fat some Flax Seed Oil and I'm often under 1200 but I still lose. The stronger my workouts get I add almonds, brown rice, things that move through the body easy. Alot of low-calorie processed food would make me nauseous too!!

There's a Mexican Market called Fiesta right by my house...I bought strawberries, apples, oranges, yellow zucchini, green squash, lettuces, tomatoes, mushrooms, green onions, brocolli, and green beans for $17...This is all raw mind you! Do you have anything like that near by?

Everytime I start a diet/exercise plan its either late or abnormal in some way!! Its a very common thing.

I think you're supposed to eat back your exercise calories because MFP already creates the deficit when you input your weight loss goals.

Me!!!! I go out ALOT and I like hard liquor so I stick to vodka/sodas. And I carry around little Splenda packets to sweeten it with, and a splash of lime! Vodka is about 65/cals an oz, and 1 drink has about 1 and 1/2 ozs in it. Just make sure you're working out alot to lessen the effects of the happy hours!

Be careful with 1200 cals if you exercise alot!! It caused me to stall...

I'm a drinker!!! Can't help it...lol. On the weekends, I'm still young and I still love to party! Vodka/Sodas are the best...I believe vodka has about 60 calories per 1 oz, a shot is a 1 1/2 ozs. I take little Splenda packets in my clutch purse and shoot in some lime!! lol Hope this helps :-)

I've gained weight too!!! 2 lbs...I think I'm under-eating, burning about 550 calories a day from exercise and only eating around 1100 calories...I'm trying to up my cals to 1400. Are you adding exercise calories?!

I'm having the same problem!! I've upped my calories to around 1400 especially since I burn over 500 calories working out! Was eating around 1100 a day...I"ll let you know how it goes!!!

OMG! I think we are twins. I'm the exact same way...becoming a hermit for the past months! I don't like to do cheat days...or count exercise calories and actually under eat every day. My best advice would be to exercise so you can eat more!!! I love food, and dieting doesn't change that!!! So I make sure I workout so I can have a little wiggle room!! Also, cut calories where you can (Fat Free Milk, Cheese, Egg Whites, etc.) Good luck!!
