  • I think the reason it helps you 'lose weight' is because it makes you lose water weight.

  • I am with you on this one. I love making soups. I will make lentil soup with veggies and add organic pink madagascar rice. I make enough for my daughter and I to have for days.   • I have found that spending money on 'gadgets/ equipment' doesn't work for me. I buy them and then get bored of them just as fast. Try: -Nike training center (free app on your cell) -map my run good luck
  • I did the same thing the first day. I was running all day yesterday and I forgot to do mine, so I will double up today.
  • You can also talk about the importance of water. Perhaps you can have a 'snapple' corner where you give a quirky fact. People tend to remember those.
  • I plan to PRINT the chart and keep it somewhere visible, so I can have a physical reminder (as if a mirror wasn't enough) of what I need to take care of for the day. :) Good Luck ladies You will be able to see my workout on profile updates :) (make sure I am doing them)
