I got the app 'couch potato to 5k'. I don't use it, but after I got it Amazon recommended 'Look Good Naked' by Steven Becker. It was a couple bucks and is kind of a weight lifting plan for beginners. One definite thing I have learned is the importance of measuring as well as weighing, even if it is just taking notice of how your clothes fit. 1lb of fat is at least twice the size of a 1lb of muscle.

Cinci area also. I do WW, but heard great things about MFP. Just logged my first meal. It was soooo easy!
