A piece of Motivation

Hello all,
I thought it would be nice to motivate any of you towards our common goal of weight lose :))
so far so good i have coped with maintaining a 1200 daily calorie program and i don't even feel hungry.

Most importantly i have not had chocolate in 4days :))

For lunch i take a home made fruit and vegie blend and its amazing how filling they are..

so here are some motivational pictures from persons who have lost incredible weight.

  • Congratulations! Thanks for the motivation. I just started and have a way to go. After one week though I lost 2in on waist, 1.5in in hips, 2in from thighs and 2.5 inches around my ribcage. My ultimate goal is 100lbs, but short term is to get to 233lbs, which would be 10% down from where I started last year. :-)
