I did them at work. One of the little boys grabbed two foam books (I was using both of my 2 lbs weights) and started copying me. lol

Today's lunch: 1/2 green bell peper stuffed with some seasoned ground beef, a little bit of onion, lettus and some salsa. Rest of lettus, meat and onion made a little salad. It was under 300 calories until I added the salsa (now its 302 calories). ..okay, its not showing.

I have cut down on how much I eat. I've taken to using my nieces plates so I make sure I don't get to much. I was so hungry last night (only an apple and string cheese for lunch) though I ate the whole burger. Next time we have it though I'll cut it in half. I didn't think to do that. I do. Every night I watch jeopardy with my dad and he has gotten me into the habbit of eating something while its on. I started bringing my nook with me so I can play a game or surf pintrest while its on. If I keep my hands busy then I'm pretty good. I also go into my room and stay as far away from the kitchen as possible…

I have the EA Sports Active, its just my nieces lost my bands so I'm kind of SOL right now when it comes to that. I also do the just sweat on my just dance three.

Thanks for answering. :) I normally try and do 25-40 minutes of the yoga., some of the strength and some of the games/balance.

I'm 25 looking to lose 75 lbs. Once I reach that I'll decide if I think I need to lose more or not. And for the question about that time of the month, I eat but only a little. Then I stear clear of the kitchen.
