    In and about to do. I watched the video. When you add bands how are you doing them? Wrapped around the legs and lift up? I saw where he was alternating legs. Love a Challenge.

    When I add a band, I tie the ends together (so its a circle) and step into it so that the band rests on the outside of both anckles.

    This is just today's challenge. Tomorrow there will be a new challenge. I post every day but Sunday.
