    Done! No idea what weight it was, but I used a textbook sitting on my bf's shelf. Principals of Neuro-something or others.

    I did them at work. One of the little boys grabbed two foam books (I was using both of my 2 lbs weights) and started copying me. lol

    I did them at work and the only weight I have is a 7 lb kettlebell. I had to hold it upside down because it kept banging my arm, and since I only had one I had to do on arm at a time. But did 100 each arm.

    Made it. Arm didn't feel too bad while I was doing them, but now, OWWW! Think I may have to let the doctor look at it.

    Done! This is my second or third time to do this one, so I did an extra set for a total of 125 with a 6.6lb weight. Thanks for the challenges!
