I have a ymca membership. I do body pump at least twice a week along with 2 days in the weight room. I met with a trainer who gave me a workout to do with the weights. It has helped me greatly. Since you like to dance, how about zumba? I have lost 87 pounds myself, and I started with walking. You could try walking on flat areas. After walking I started zumba, and I loved that! I kept up with that for a long time before adding anything else in.

Thank you for the replies! I think the compression, etc pants look fine! They just aren't comfortable and i've tried many brands! I don't like the tight fit feel.

Thanks for your reply! I did check and a target near me has it in stock. Have you used it for zumba or body combat? I was just wondering how it worked with them. Does it count stairs as steps at least?

Thank you for the replies! I'm not under eating. I eat the 1200 calories that it calculated I eat. I choose not to eat exercise calories. I'm not hungry. I make good low calorie food choices to keep myself from being hungry.
