zumba toning and weight room workout same day?
On my weight lifting days I like to get cardio in too. I haven't done zumba toning in a long time. I could make the class tomorrow before my weight room workout. Is that too much of the same thing?

how do you start maintaining?
When you get to the weight you want to be at, do you just adjust your goals on mfp and immediately start eating your maintenance calories? Or how does it work? I don't have far to go, so i'm wondering how it works. Thanks for the help!

How do I pick a goal weight?

Sports bras..can't get them off

Any idea calories in chinese steamed shrimp and broccoli?
This is my first week on plan, and I tend to eat chinese food alot. I'm going to get a pint of steamed shrimp and broccoli, no sauce. Any idea how many calories that would be? On this site it says only 160, but i've seen it listed as much as 300 elsewhere.
