  • I tried the Coke Zero energy drinks. They are a tad odd. Have the Coke Zero taste but mixed with a flavor from the typical plain energy drinks. Not quite sure if I like it though don’t hate it either. On the fence though cold is a little better than room temp.
  • Agreed. Though I still might have to order again just to get those pumpkin spice. Finally got the free tank from the previous order. Not sure what happened but I somehow ended up with two, sent in separate bags. No complaints and they are fairly comfortable though doesn’t hide the extra fluff I have. Ned to get back to…
  • Caramel apple twizzlers. Can’t always find them but the years I do... happy happy joy joy
  • I have tried a few of them so far. They taste similar to others, like Bang. The sour apple is the one I prefer as it is like a candy I would get as a teen that was a sort of sour apple gel. Though not really sour.
  • Omg! I miss cosmos popcorn. We used to sell it at work and they were delicious. Never had the maple pecan but enjoyed both the butter and the caramel ones. Now I want to find a store here that sells it cause amazon is a bit pricey from my quick search.
  • I loved the caramel whipped pb but can’t find it anywhere.
  • I haven’t tried them yet or heard of them even until now but they sound delicious. Though stroopwafels do have high calories for their small package. Might be a nice little treat though.
  • Most don’t know what weightlifters look like unless it falls under the obvious stereotypes. I get warned often not to lift things cause I am a short female, yet my deadlift max is currently 305. Just know what you can do and ignore the disbelievers.
  • I tried a little bit last night of the non-dairy banana one. Have a cold so my taste buds are a bit dimmed. With non-dairy the texture is a little different and depending on the type it will have a different taste. This one wasn’t as noticeable of a flavor change compared to coconut based alternatives. The peanut butter…
  • I haven’t been a fan of the ones I have tried. Most things I am patient with but I want to be able to eat ice cream right out of the freezer and the enlightened ones have been not the best texture wise for that. Going to try a couple other flavors. I am picky with diet ice cream and only end up like certain flavors while…
  • I started with Stronglifts then did NROLFW. Now I follow an upper/lower split focused on training for powerlifting.
  • Right now am trying to get under 120 but might settle for in the 120s. Need at least to get back below 132 for weight class in powerlifting. I spent late teens and all of my 20s obese and around 200 lbs so have never been in the “healthy weight” for my height range. I got to 128 last year then spent 6 months not tracking…
  • The pumpkin pie flavor was pretty good. My sister really liked it and was a good deal for the bigger size when she got it.
  • lol Though I feel like a pumpkin spice version of a choco taco would be feasible. Beef and pumpkin flavor shell = questionable. Pumpkin shell and ice cream = yes please!
  • That looks amazing. I miss having h-mart nearby.
  • I found them in the vegetable department near the prepackaged vegetables and salads.
  • I tried the burrito bowl and it was decent. Have the Buddha one in fridge now and want to try the ramen one some day too. Nice little way to get in veggies with some flavor.
  • They have had those out for a little while now but I have yet to try them. We sell them where I work so might get one to try tomorrow. The Hershey just sounds like it will be good.
  • I just wish I could find them. I even live in LA but the Aldi locations are too far of a drive at this point.
  • Agreed. I am 4’11” and general BMI recommends under 120 but 88 is low. I am struggling to just get under 120 still (finally made it in there 120s) but used to weigh over 200. As for family, now you have a bit of a gauge and who to discuss things with. Mine doesn’t say I am too small but try to encourage by saying it is…
  • My favorites so far include: Chocolate Marshmallow from Schwann man that used to get at grandma’s house Ben and Jerry Brownie Batter (not the core one) Cake Batter and Sweet Cream from Coldstone ...
  • Conventional. Have done it longer so can lift more and there isn’t that much of a distance difference between the two for me since am short already so not that far from floor to lock out compared to others.
  • I don’t do stationary bikes but for treadmill and elliptical I like to use distraction/multitasking to keep going. Usually listen to music or watch tv and for a while I was studying for certification so used cardio time for reading/studying.
  • I didn’t even know they had new flavors but they are harder to find in stores. I didn’t mind the bars that I have tried from the company. Not great but decent. Think the sugar cookie was one of the ones I have had. German chocolate is a no for me, don’t like coconut, but if I ever see the others will have to grab some to…
  • If it is just those small tens then yes, you are fine with setting up on blocks or creating a platform.
  • The fruity crisp ones were good. I miss the rice krispie Oreos. Those were fantastic. Though have to admit the current peanut butter pie ones are the best pb ones I have had so far. Like the graham cookie base for them.
  • Wanted to hit 7-11 but ironically my work shift is also 11-7 so no free slurpee for me. I have tried beet hummus. I am a fan but I really like beets and hummus in general.
  • That is fine to stack up the plates or use something to set them on. Ideally the gym would have training plates or bumper plates which are ten lbs in weight but similar size to 45s. The bar for deadlift should be up mid shin for the starting point. The smaller 10s and even some 25s don’t have the diameter (or maybe it is…
  • Didn’t know they existed but now I want! I tried all three of the snickers finally. The sweet and salty isn’t that different. Occasionally caught a hint of the salt. The fiery one was melty when I had it (hot here in LA) and at first tasted just like a regular snickers bar. The spice note is more in the aftertaste. Had the…
  • I had the toffee buzz cliff bar during my powerlifting meet. It was decent in that it tasted sweet but didn’t really remind me of toffee and couldn’t tell the caffeine was there either. Toffee is a great idea but a hard flavor to put in this type of bar it seems.
