Do you and why do you prefer sumo or conventional deadlifts? And...Go!

Conventional. Have done it longer so can lift more and there isn’t that much of a distance difference between the two for me since am short already so not that far from floor to lock out compared to others.0

Sumo. Wacky hips make it much easier to get down to the bar in sumo.
I do conventionals during my training cycle, as well, though.0 -
