Aldi had grass fed beef but the packaging says it is from the U.S., Uruguay and New Zealand. Why is my beef coming from three different places? So I skip it. I buy dairy and produce from Aldi. Also coconut oil and spices.

I've done 3 Whole30's and it completely changed my relationship with food for the better. While I am finding that low carb works best for me and my health challenges, I still incorporate a lot of Whole30 and Whole9 principles into my life. Good luck to you!

Haha some great responses! I think it's difficult for me right now because I'm only 2 weeks in. I basically have to pick my battles--do I choose to educate, ignore, or be snarky? I suppose it depends on the day! :)

I have the original up - got it on Amazon - and I like it. I lost the cap a week ago and Jawbone sent me a free replacement within a week. Great customer service. I've heard if they do die quickly, they will take care of it for you.
