It could be normal, depending on what you eat/drink. for example, coffee creamer, No protein, but has fat.

It happens,, Its mind over matter. Before you eat something, look at the macros and see if its worth it. For me, after while, I say its not worth it, and I 'll eat something else.

Lets take Oreo Cookies. -- Three cookies 160 Cal 7 G fat 25 G - Carbs Who has three.? I don't.. 3 in the morning. 3 as a snack. 3 w/lunch 3 w/ dinner 3 before bed. That's 800 calories on top of what ever I just ate. So to answer another person's question is no.. I stopped eating it, because I have no control.

So once I start on a item that has sugar, I can't put it down or away. Oreo cookies Cookies Ice Cream Milk shake They all have sugar, but for me, once I start, I can't stop.. If you can't stop that's great

For me, it wouldn't matter, as long as I am consistent. You can also google Nutrition for Salmon ( for example) and use that.. But again, if I eat a salmon, I would use that same info..
