I tend to burn right around 500, mostly on the treadmill and elliptical. I really need to mix it up.

I'm in the same boat, and it sucks. I was able to basically starve/walk 60 pounds off when I was 21-22 (not recommended, lol), but now it's taken me most of the year just to lose 30 pounds, and I haven't lost anything in a month. Frustrated as hell.

There are lots of things I hate about it. Worrying about airplane seats (although my most recent flight was just fine, it really depends on the airline and plane), and my feet hurting all the damn time are the two worst things.

Rice. I'm a rice freak. I could eat rice and scrambled eggs, or rice and kimchee until the end of time.

People who have ZERO pictures of themselves on their facebook kinda weird me out. I have a few friends who ONLY have photos of their pets, and I'm like really? We can't get ONE picture of you? You can take a selfie with your dog, but you are not your dog. My husband is guilty of this, only he posts pictures of his guitars…

Cheese on broccoli or cauliflower. It will change your life. I also like to make a peanut sauce with fresh-ground pb (DON'T USE JIFF or any other processed pb, it will taste weird), a little soy or coconut milk, soy sauce, and sriracha, and put it on my broccoli. MMMMMM. Otherwise, suck it up and throw some kale or spinach…

I feel it is. I know I couldn't sleep without my big, warm husband next to me, and some days, that's the only time we get to spend together.

I have over 100 pounds to lose (started in January). I'd love some new friends on here.

Yep. My husband was chubby when we met, and has gained some weight. I love him the same and am attracted to him. Before him I'd dated guys who ranged from lean to very skinny, and I prefer my husband's body type over all of them.

I've been doing a manual workout creating my own hills...I'll walk at 3% incline/3 mph for five minutes, then increase the incline by .5% every ten seconds until I hit 7%. I'll do this for a few minutes (increasing and decreasing every ten seconds), then another couple of minutes at a lower incline, etc. I can't even…

I go work out after work. It takes me anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour to get back into my part of town, and I usually eat sweet potato as my pre-workout snack, or sometimes a hard boiled egg. Post workout is just dinner, lol.

She looks friendly and has a nice smile.

May I ask what herbs you've been using?

Breakfast is almost exclusively oatmeal, with some sliced almonds and currents or cranberries mixed in, and plenty of cinnamon. Lunch has been a lot of romaine with either baked chicken or a can of tuna on top, with some dried chickpeas and cashews sprinkled on top (although I think I'm going to cut these out, as they add…

Those are not the guys you want to be with, fat or skinny. There are good men out there who will love you for you, not how your body looks. It's worth it to try and find them.

Come back when you learn how to spell, and then maybe we can talk about my "pour" nutrition.

You're totally right (to be fair, the booze and domino's was at a party!) I used to eat so many vegetables in a day, and I've really slacked off on it. However, I will NOT give up my nut butters, lol!

I put "lightly active" but I think I'm probably "moderately active"...my daily life involves a LOT of walking (at work and to and from bus stops), and I work a retail job on the weekends that has me on my feet for 7-9 hours.
-
I don't think I eat a lot of processed foods, but my diary is open...take a look.

I'm 5'9", and I think I weigh 300 lbs or slightly less. I don't know what my BMI is but I do know I carry a lot of muscle.

Only been on a week but feel free to add me! I promise I won't quit logging, I am determined to do this.

My go-to, don't-feel-like-cooking meals are: - a can of tuna, a portion of brown rice, and steam-in-the-bag broccoli, with soy sauce, a tiny bit of sesame oil, and a ton of crushed red peppers (none of your lame pizza place peppers...buy them at your local asian grocery store, they'll make you cry. In a good way.) -…

Nix the gummy bears (save those for dessert), and add some low-quality ground beef, and you've got yourself a deal.

I use it in place of other oils for cooking (sometimes I use olive oil for cooking, but normally I save the olive oil for roasting or using in salads). I've put it in smoothies before but I think it's gross...it solidifies and you have this little lumps. As a replacement it works really well, and makes a great moisturizer,…

I'm 5'9" and have a large frame, and my goal is 150. However, if I look and feel good at a higher weight, that's ok too.

I work out after I get off work, anywhere from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm (depends if I stay late). I eat some cashews or an Odwalla protein shake before I work out, then I go home and have dinner afterward. When I've worked out in the morning, in the past, I can't eat before hand, or I'll end up spending at least half an hour on…

No kidding? !

I took your advice and waited until after I worked out (aka massive amounts of cleaning), took a shower, and fed the pets to eat my dinner. I ate less food, wasn't as hungry, and I was able to fall asleep very quickly.

Thank you for the advice and encouragement.
