I'm at 160 days. I log every day and my diary is open to my friends.
Mind you I'm not a "clean" eater and believe that eating what you want and like, albeit in moderation, is the key to long term success.
So if you don't mind seeing ice cream (almost daily) in my diary and the occasional burger and pizza, feel free to add me.

I have only been here a week or so but I am committed to making things work for me and hopefully making some like minded friends along the way. I live in SC and to be honest I don't have any "live" friends here either. I moved here some time back and other than a handful I don't have many people I can chat with much less who have weight loss goals in mind. I am always here and would love more friends who want support and also who like to chat about life!0 -
I log 95%+ of what I consume, daily. I'm currently at 200+ streak, which includes during a week long cruise back in December. The things I don't always log are usually cups of coffee, or if I forget a snack here and there, but all meals get logged as best as I am able.
I also log most of my exercises, which up until this year were about 3 to 4 days a week, primarily cardio. As with food, some cardio I don't log, such as incidental walking as it gets too monotenous.
I share my diary with friends. If you want to see what I'm doing feel free to add me.
I rarely write comments on my or other peoples walls though. I'm a horrible choice if you need peer acknowledgement atta-boy/girl's on a regular basis.0 -

Was just thinking I need regular loggers with an open diary...honest...both to encourage and be encouraged.
