My September so far has been awesome as far as keeping within my cals and eating healthy. My goals for today are: 1) Staying within my cals AND macros but not too far under either. 2) Leg day! 3) Include veggies in at least my lunch and dinner.

I'm pretty picky with fish.. When I make salmon I use Zataran's Blackened Seasoning. Light on the seasoning though, its easy to use too much of that seasoning.
