I tracked for 30 days consistently on MFP today! Just getting back into this accountability has gotten me back on track and getting the scale moving in the right direction.

English muffin with peanut butter, hard boiled egg with 1/2 bagel, multigrain waffle with pb and or jelly...I make one of these and eat in the car as I too am not a morning person;). Good luck!

Try roasting vegetables on a cookie sheet with a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper gives a toasty flavor to some veggies that you may like...bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes...zuchinni, peppers, onions, asparagus, brussel sprouts, eggplant...give it a try...you don't have to be a chef to use the stove!

I microwave eggwhites for 1 minute, while I toast a multi grain english muffin, put a piece of cheese or laughing cow cheese wedge on and wrap it to eat in the car on my 30 minute commute...works out great and it satisfies me til lunch! i used to skip breakfast and my hunger was out of control and I would get big breakfast…

whole grain english muffin with microwaved egg ...sometimes I add a slice of cheese..easy and quick..I was a big breakfast skipper for years..the combo of protein and carb. in the morning help..lunch...Arnold thin bread with turkey and veggies and fruit..snack..pistachios...I also like lowfat cottage cheese with fruit

Half bagel, 1 egg, 1 slice canadian bacon ( I make the egg and c bacon in microwave for a quick out the door bfast sandwich). Keeps me going til lunch time.
