No. I did not gain 8 pounds in a weekend. I said that two weeks ago I got over my plateau. I was able to get down to 134. Now I am back up to 138. So that's 4 pounds. Thank you so very much! :happy: I am currently eating around 1,000-1,200 calories. I diet during the weekdays and then weekends I will up my calories to around 1,500 or so. It works for me! :) Good luck on reaching your goal weight!!

Thanks so much! :happy: And wouldn't mind at all. :) I do cardio every day at the gym, and if I'm not feeling up to cardio, I will STILL do at least 10-20 minutes. Usually I do around 30 minutes unless I am having an only cardio day, then I will do an hour.. and thats on the stairmaster and/or elliptical. I work my legs…

Aw thank you! And I know, everyone told me, "there is no way you weigh that much!!" It's because I naturally have a lot of muscle.. and I carry my weight throughout my body instead of in one area.. which is helpful lol
