I started having very low heart rate in the low 40's last year. Started passing out...my cardiologist from Mayo Clinic had me wear a EKG for a few weeks and on christmas eve it recorded a 7 second heart block and 2 days later they put in a dual chamber pace maker and set the heart rate to 60bpm on the low side and 130bpm…

115 seems about right. Continue toning as you go (not that you really need to).

Sure, as long as everyone concerned are secure enough in their own relationships and won't be jealous.

Absolutely. As realtors, my daughter and I would decide which homes to preview often based on what was for lunch. An open house with a great lunch would always garner more agents and realtors than a caravan without food. People just love to get something for free.

I'll tell you what a shrink would tell you and save you a 150.00 bucks to boot. This was today. Some days will be better than others. Tomorrow is a new day. Refocus and hit the day running with a smile. :flowerforyou:

I also sweat rather profusely when I work out so I just take a shower pryer to going and make sure I smell good. As soon as I get there I hang a towel around my neck so when I start sweating really bad I have something to mop it up with and to wipe off any equiptment that may also get damp. Others sweating doesn't bother…

Eating after 7pm should only be only a consideration if you are diabetic. For instance, the type of insulin I use (Humalog Quik-Pen 75/25) was designed to last 12 hours and to have 1 shot before breakfast and 1 shot before dinner (12 hours apart),(25% is quick acting to cover the meal and 75% is slow acting to last 12…

I worked for a caterering company and ran one of their steam table trucks for years, and I never wasted anything. T/days chile became tomorrows chile dogs. T/days leftover scrambled eggs became tomorrows breakfast burritos. T/days leftover veggies went into tomorrows soup or casserole ect... with proper refrigeration and…

Ok, I'm in... June goals are pretty simple for me. 1. Attend cardiac rehab w/out missing any days. 2. Swim at least 3x a day for at least a hour. 3. Keep the weight loss off. 4. Live more and stress less. 5. Be positive. One day at a time. Dawn from Orange Park, Fl

I eat whatever I please in no particlar order whenever I please. Moderation seems to be key. I haven't had really any trouble losing weight although because I can't really exercise like I want to right now (heart problems) I have upped my calories a bit to slow down the weight loss because I don't want to be too flabby and…

The makeup is a bit too much. Reminds me those underfed gay dancers in the gay bar.

Wow ! simply amazing! You look so much more confident, (not to mention handsome). About the back injury... did the weight affect your pain level? My L4 - L 5 was also injured in a car accident about 15 years ago and I also gained weight from being laid up. I had a fusion done at that time and it helped make the pain better…

If a man isn't decent with a strong sense of morals it really doesn't matter what he looks like, I would not be interested.

I have several pairs of New Balance and love them. They just have more padding than other brands. I also like how well padded around the ankle the shoes are. I usually pay between 30.00 - 35.00 per pair. I have found good deals at T.J. Maxx, Home Store, Marshall's, Beall's Outlet ect... Always try BOTH shoes on before…
