  • Here in TX we have 24hr fitness, but if you cant go to the gym, than bring the gym to you. Start with a DVD or 2 or 3. Point is to put down the chips and get your butt in gear.:smile:

  • I keep track of both. I have lost 1lb total, but I have gone down 5.5 inches. I went from a 33.5 inch waist to a 30.5 and one inch in each thigh. I dont know what the scale is doing this to me but hey... at least I look smaller!

  • Thanks banks1850... (I saw the dreaded S word (statistics which I am working on as we speak)). As easy as it is to say not to get hung up I think most people do.
