measure against a tin or packet that has the weight printed on. it should give you a pretty good idea id its accurate or not

Yes the hairy dieters is good, even my fussy 14 year old loves the recipes, especially the chilli bowls and lunch pasta salad

So does oranges, nuts, potatoes, beans/pulses , tomatoes, and mushrooms. All things to avoid on a low potassium diet

Most of the food labels don't contain potassium information so people don't enter it nothing to worry about unless you have kidney problems

Use sandwhich thins for a base a light tomato sauce, light mozzarella and a slice of chorizo on each then a sprinkling of cheese on top about 400 cals for 4 slices less if you substitute ham for chorizo
