    Recently diagnosed diabetes, been on and off here for a few years. This time I have to do it. I regularly see what diabetes does to people at the kidney dialysis clinic... I refuse to allow myself to become a patient. I have lost 21 pounds in almost the last 2 months. Looking to lose another 60, and working on getting my A1C lowered. Feel free to add me.
