I have had this problem in the past, and my doctor told me to loosen my laces, as i had them too tight. Also, it seems to be a reoccuring problem for people of their feet going numb on ellipticals and arc trainers. Try loosening the laces, it helped for me :)

What I have done before is order off the kids menu. I realize you feel a bit silly..but the portions are more likely to be what you are wanting/needing without having to box up the rest or worry about only eating part of something.

I only use ON pushup sports ones, but I pull the pads out of them and they are perfect. They do their job and have held up well over about a year of owning at this point!

Plain Greek yogurt and ranch dressing powder, has lots of protein and minimal calories. Great with raw veggies!

1 Muffin tin full (4 dough balls) is 136 cals with the ingredients I used. Bump is just to save it to "my topics" to come back later :)

I have found to get it less "crunchy" if you half it, add about 1 inch of water in a dish, put it squash side down in the water and bake at 350 for an hour it is pretty good for a small/medium sized squash. I think the water helps to steam it a bit, after a couple failed attempts, that is the best i've had it!

I also honeymooned in Jamaica, at our resort, you would have been able to get in some good hills and just run around on the sidewalks there. But i would say absolutely do NOT venture off the resort. The staff there told us numerous times of that, and I would agree with them. Beautiful place though, you will love it!

In the exact same boat....netting anywhere from 1200-1500 each day and not losing anything since February. I have switched up exercise, tried eat more to lose more for 2 months, nothing. Gained 6 lbs! So, trust me.. you aren't alone. I am currently *trying* to limit carbs to see if that helps!

Thanks a lot for the encouragement..its nice to know that other people have been there! All good advice, and I will start paying more attention to the protein/carbs and rethink some of the workouts I do. It helps to know others know how you feel!

Yeah, i'm within healthy range for BMI, just not quite happy with my body at this point. I'll work on the carbs/sodium and hopefully get there!

I am 5'7" and currently 139. I was at 135 until I upped my calories, to net BMR. My goal weight is 130. Thanks for the advice on watching the carbs, it tends to be my go-to food group.

I use a food scale to measure all my foods and use my FT4 for workouts, which is the best I can think of. I know that some may be off, but I am pretty crazy about measuring/weighing everything that I eat.
