Looking for a good one I can eat a lot of with veggies with next to no calories ????

    If you want minimal calories, I'd say to start with fat free sour cream as your base...there are lots of different 'mix ins' (ie: onion soup mix or other pre-packaged stuff) but the sodium content is pretty high...or, if you like hummus, I've noticed that the calorie content varies a lot depending on the brand/types. Some are pretty low cal.

    Plain Greek yogurt and ranch dressing powder, has lots of protein and minimal calories. Great with raw veggies!

    Why go for next to no calories when you can go with packed with protein? I get the 2 portion size of fage greek yogurt (plain 0%) and mix in one packet of hidden valley ranch dip.
