  • My goal for week 1 is to regain my control on my sugar cravings and get my butt back to the gym for my regularly scheduled times. I want to focus on good work outs not rushed ones and hope that with theses goals in place maybe the scale will move a little.

  • OK, I do not remember what I set for a monthly goal but I am proud to say that I burned 15,361 calories in May! I am very happy to see that number, can't believe I really did it. Thanks to everyone for the support and motivation!! See you throughout the month for continued support.

  • Well this week was horrible! I did over 5,000 in week 1 and set my goal to at least meet that but ultimately I would have loved to surpass it, nope. Week 2: 3231 I didn't work out 2 days this week, unacceptable! This week I must step it up. I'm setting the goal for this week at 6,000 and I WILL hit it!! Good luck MFP…
  • WEEK 2 (MAY 8 - MAY 14) 5/8- 582 5/9-159 :( 5/10- 5/11- 5/12- 5/13- 5/14- I'm hoping that this week will be as successful as last week. I'm thinking my goal will be 3,500. Got to hit the gym hard today and try and have a productive weekend! Good luck MFP friends!!
  • I too did better than I thought!! I am hoping I can do as well next week. My goal will be to try other machines at the gym besides the elliptical. I don't care for the treadmill so maybe a stair climber or bike. Hard to break old habits, but we will see. Good luck everyone, lets go burn some calories. :bigsmile:

  • Day 2, can't wait for a heavy cardio day. Yesterday I burned 855 calories but it was my weight day too. Today is my off day so cardio only. I think I can spend a little more time sweating!! Have a great DAY 2 everyone!!! :bigsmile:
